Refund & Return Policy – Nitya Planter

Thank you for shopping with Nitya Planter. We take pride in delivering high-quality planters and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds work for orders placed on Nityaplanter.com.


1. Eligibility for Return / Replacement

We accept returns or replacements only if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a defective product

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product was missing parts or incomplete

Note: Returns are not accepted for size/color dislikes or minor variations in color/design.


2. Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return/replacement:

  • You must raise a request within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • You must provide a clear unboxing video showing the damage at the time of opening.

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all included accessories.

WITHOUT AN UNBOXING VIDEO, RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Used or altered items

  • Custom-made or special-order items

  • Products without proof of damage

  • Items returned without original packaging


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • If the product is unavailable for replacement

  • If the wrong/damaged product is verified

  • If the order is cancelled before dispatch

Refund Method:

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method or bank account.

  • Processing may take 5–7 working days after approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue is from our side.


5. Replacement Policy

If eligible, we will provide:

  • A replacement of the same product, OR

  • An exchange with a similar item (subject to stock availability)

Replacements are processed once the returned product is inspected and approved.


6. Order Cancellation

Before Shipping

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.

After Shipping

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

  • Refusing delivery without valid reason will not be eligible for refund.


7. Damaged During Transit

If your product arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos & videos immediately

  • Do not throw away packaging

  • Contact us within 24 hours

We will assist with a replacement or refund based on verification.
