1. Eligibility for Return / Replacement
We accept returns or replacements only if:

The product was missing parts or incomplete
Note: Returns are not accepted for size/color dislikes or minor variations in color/design.
2. Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return/replacement:

You must raise a request within 24–48 hours of delivery.

You must provide a clear unboxing video showing the damage at the time of opening.

The product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all included accessories.
WITHOUT AN UNBOXING VIDEO, RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Used or altered items

Custom-made or special-order items

Products without proof of damage

Items returned without original packaging
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue is from our side.
5. Replacement Policy

An exchange with a similar item (subject to stock availability)
Replacements are processed once the returned product is inspected and approved.

After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Refusing delivery without valid reason will not be eligible for refund.

Do not throw away packaging
